You are permitted to use any written material you brought with you. But no electronic devices, i.e. calculator, phone, smart watch, etc., apart from the single computer you are using to code and submit.
Only one computer per team! If you need to switch computers midway through the contest, flag a volunteer and tell them why.

Explanation:
Each problem is pass/fail. Participants are ranked by the number of solved problems, breaking ties by penalty (sum of time + 20 minutes per wrong submission, for all solved problems). Time is rounded to minutes.
